"Billy's is back. Walk back in time to old Ormond Beach with friendly faces and locals to greet you. The menu is wonderful, bringing back some of the favorites and adding a new twist to others. The atmosphere is still as charming as it used to be but with new add-ons that bring this 80+ year old restaurant back up to par. Love the fresh bread, the escargot and fish dishes! And the service was wonderful. Rumor has it they have a great happy hour - I'm definitely going back to see what that's all about. See you there!"
